Step 1
Open the picture you want to use.  Size it to the size you want.

Step 2
Under the 'Image' menu, click on 'Picture Frame',

Step 3
Find your new frame by the name you named it then click 'next'.

Step 4
Preview it and then click 'next'.

Step 5
Make a choice between adding the frame outside the image or inside.  (Because the grandie in the tree was centered and not taking up the entire area of the picture, I chose to Frame insdie the image on this one.) then click 'Finish'.

Step 6
Your image is framed and ready to save.
