This was made using Paint Shop Pro 7

You will need to download the selections and unzip them to a folder of your choice.

Here are the tiles we will use for this, save these and open them in psp.

Here are the skin colors. Save this and open in psp also.




Open a new image 450 x 450 on a transparent background

Selections - Load from disk and open the cross1.sel and fill with the wood pattern. Do not deselect, go to selections - float and then effects - 3d effects - cutout with the settings below. Deselect.

Vertical = 0
Horizontal = 0
Opacity = 100
Blur = 35
Shadow Color = Black
Fill Interior with color = "not checked"

Add a new raster layer and load the cross2.sel, you can fill this with white and apply a Blade Pro preset or fill with the silver or gold pattern and use an inner bevel....

Add a new raster layer and load the wings1.sel and fill with the "fur" tile, go to effects - 3d effects - drop shadow with the settings below and deselect.

Vertical = 0
Horizontal = 0
Opacity = 75
Blur = 9.9
Color = Black

On the same layer load the wings2.sel and fill with the same pattern, apply the same drop shadow and deselect.

On the same layer load the wings3.sel, fill with the same pattern, use the same drop shadow and deselect.

Add a new raster layer and open the hair1.sel and fill with the hair tile and deselect.

Add a new raster layer and load the neck.sel and fill with the skin color #1 and deselect. Apply a cutout with the settings below.

Add a new raster layer and load the head.sel and fill with the same color then deselect and use the same cutout.

On the same layer load the face1.sel and fill with the skin color #3 and deselect.

On the same layer load the face2.sel and fill with the skin color #4 and deselect.

On the same layer load the cheeks.sel and fill with the skin color #5 and deselect.

On the same layer load the mouth.sel and fill with the skin color #3 and deselect.

On the same layer load the eyes.sel and fill with black, deselect.

Add a new raster layer and load the ribbon1.sel and fill with your choice, I used #998A6F, deselect.

On the same layer load the ribbon1light.sel and go to Colors - Adjust - Brightness/Contrast changing the brightness to 65 and the contrast at 0. Deselect

Add a new raster layer and load the dress.sel, fill with your choice, I used #EEE7DC and deselect.

On the same layer load the dressbottom.sel and fill with your choice, I used #D0C0A1, deselect.

On the same layer load the dressshade.sel and adjust the brightness = -65 and deselect.

Then load the dresslight.sel and adjust the brightness = 65 and deselect.

Add a new raster layer and load the sleeve.sel, go to selections - modify - contract by 1 and fill with the same color you used for the dress.

On the same layer load the sleeveshade.sel and adjust the brightness = -65 and deselect.

On the same layer load the sleevelight.sel and adjust the brightness = 65 and deselect.

Still on the sleeve layer, use a drop shadow with the settings below.

Vertical = 0
Horizontal = 0
Opacity = 30
Blur = 14
Color = black

Add a new raster layer and load the collar.sel, fill with your choice, I used #D0C0A1 and deselect.

Same layer load the collarshade.sel and adjust the brightness = -65 and deselect.

Same layer load the collarlight.sel and adjust the brightness = 65 and deselect.

Add a new raster layer and load the ribbon2.sel and fill with the same as the other ribbon and deselect.

On the same layer load the ribbon2light.sel and adjust the brightness = 65 and deselect.

Add a new raster layer and load the music1.sel and fill with #808080, apply an inner bevel with the settings below and deselect.

On the same layer load the music2.sel and fill with the same color, apply another inner bevel with the settings below and deselect.

Still on this layer use a drop shadow with the same settings as before.

Add a new raster layer and load the hair2.sel, fill with the har pattern and deselect.

On the same layer load the hair3.sel and fill with the hair pattern and deselect.

Add a new raster layer and load the hands.sel, fill with the skin color #1 and deselect. Apply a cutout with the settings below...

On the same layer load the hands2.sel and fill with the skin color #3 and deselect.

You are done!
