I used these same colors and settings for the arms

And the same for the neck.

The same for the ears too. Using a smaller brush size.

For the muzzle I used #9F8879 first.

And then a lighter color #F0EBE8

And then darker #7B6F67 around the bottom.

Then added a little bit of pink here and used the soften brush on the pink.

Using a smaller brush size and white, I added some highlights to the nose and eyes and soften brush here too.

Using a light background color and a lace background texture, I made some lace under the dress and more lace around the collar and a lace bow above the dress. You are finished! :-)
