This was made using Paint Shop Pro 7.
Download the selections and unzip them to a folder of your choice.
Open a new image 400 x 400 on a transparent background
Go to Selections - Load from disk - and load the 1-feet.sel fill with #B59370 and deselect. Go to Effects - 3D Effects - Cutout using the settings below.

Still on the same layer, go to Effects - Noise and add 6% uniform noise.
Go to Layers - New Raster Layer and load the 2-feet.sel, fill with the same color and deselect, use a cutout with the same settings and add the same 6% uniform noise.
Add a new raster layer and load the 3-hands.sel, fill with the same color and deselect, use a cutout with the same settings and add 6% uniform noise.
Add a new raster layer and load the 4-shirt.sel, fill with a color / pattern of your choice and deselect. On the same layer load the 5-shirt.sel and go to Colors - Adjust - Brightness / Contrast changing the brightness to -65 and the contrast to 0 and deselect.
Just a note - You may need to adjust the brightness settings differently depending on the pattern you are using.
Add a new raster layer and load the 6-dress.sel, fill with a color / pattern of your choice and deselect. On the same layer load the 7-dress.sel and fill with white or a color that matches the pattern you are using and deselect. Still on the same layer load the 8-dress.sel and adjust the brightness using the same settings and deselect.
Add a new raster layer and load the 9-pants.sel, fill with your choice and deselect. On the same layer load the 10-pants.sel and adjust the brightness using the same settings and deselect.
Add a new raster layer and load the 11-shirt.sel, fill with your choice and deselect. On the same layer load the 12-shirt.sel and adjust the brightness with the same settings and deselect.
On the same layer load the 13-shirt.sel and fill with white or a color that matches your pattern and deselect.
Add a new raster layer and load the 14-sign.sel and fill with your choice, I used a wood pattern, you can find some on my patterns page, deselect and go to Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel using the settings below....

Now you can add your own words to this or you can load the 15-words.sel and fill with your choice and deselect.
Add a new raster layer and load the 16-arms.sel, fill with the bear color #B59370 and deselect. Use a cutout with the same settings and add 6% uniform noise.
Add a new raster layer and load the 17-sleeve.sel and fill with the same pattern / color you used for the boys shirt and deselect. On the same layer load the 18-sleeve.sel and adjust the brightness using the same settings and deselect. Still on the same layer load the 19-sleeve.sel and fill with white or a matching color and deselect.
Add a new raster layer and load the 20-sleeve.sel, fill with the same pattern / color you used for the girls shirt and deselect. On the same layer load the 21-sleeve.sel and adjust the brightness with the same settings and deselect.

Add a new raster layer and load the 22-collar.sel, fill with white or a color of your choice and deselect. On the same layer load the 23-collar.sel and adjust the brightness using the same settings and deselect.
Add a new raster layer and load the 24-ears.sel, fill with the bear color #B59370 and deselect. Use a cutout, changing the blur to 20 and leaving the rest of the settings the same. Add 6% uniform noise.
Add a new raster layer and load the 25-heads.sel, fill with the same color, deselect and use another cutout changing the blur back to 35 and leaving the rest the same. Add 6% uniform noise.
Add a new raster layer and load the 26-muzzles.sel, fill with the same color and deselect. Use a cutout, changing the blur to 20 and leaving the rest of the settings the same. Add 6% uniform noise.
Add
a new raster layer and load the 27-faces.sel, fill this with black and deselect.
On the same layer load the 28-faces.sel and fill with black, deselect. Use the
retouch tool
with the settings shown
below to add some little highlights to the noses and eyes.

Add a new raster layer and load the 29-hat.sel, fill with your choice, I used #7D7257, deselect and on the same layer load the 30-hat.sel and fill with a darker color for shading, I used #29261F, deselect and on the same layer load the 31-hat.sel and fill with a lighter color for highlights, I used #CFC9BB and deselect.

Add a new raster layer and load the 32-bow.sel, fill with your choice, I used the same as her shirt, deselect and load the 33-bow.sel and adjust the brightness using the same settings and deselect.
Add a new raster layer and load the 34-bow.sel, fill with the same, deselect and load the 35-bow.sel and adjust the brightness using the same settings and deselect.
Here are my finished bears.....
