still same layer, open the sleeves3.sel and adjust the brightness to 50. deselect

Add a new layer and name it pants, open the pants1.sel and fill with your choice, I used a blue jeans tile, deselect. On the same layer
load the pants2.sel and adjust the brightness to -50 and deselect. same layer load the pants3.sel and adjust the brightness to about 200 or you can fill this selection with a color if you want, these are the stitches. deselect and load the pants4.sel and adjust the brightness to 65. deselect.

Still on the same layer, open the buttons.sel and fill with medium gray color while still selected go to effects, 3d effects, and apply this inner bevel.

Deselect and add a new layer, name it hands, open the hands.sel using one of the skin colors provided above, fill this selection with
the medium skin color and deselect. On the same layer open the hands2.sel and fill with the darker skin color and deselect open the hands3.sel and fill this with the dark skin color and deselect then open the hands4.sel and fill with the lighter skin color, deselect.
