Add a new raster layer and choose your color for the dress, I used #D9D9D9 for the outline and filled with white, but you can use any color you want.... (I turned the wing layers off to see better)

After ALL THAT.... Select the inside of your dress with the magic wand and flood fill with white (or your color choice)

Add a new raster layer and choose the color you want to use for her robe, I used #C95353 for the outline....

On the same layer, use the magic wand to select inside the robe and flood fill with a lighter color, I used #D57D7D

Make the head layer active and fill in the rest of her neck area.
