Make the robe layer active again, pick a lighter color, I used #E4A2A2, and paint some highlights like shown below.
Now use a darker color, I used #9F3B3B and fill in the areas shown below.
Now make the dress layer active and pick a shade darker, I used #C5C1C1 and fill in the areas shown...
Still on the dress layer, I used the same color as her robe, and added some colors around the waist and neck...
Add a new raster layer at the very top, using the same outline and fill color as her dress, make a little sleeve....
Add a new raster layer and using the same outline and fill color as her head/neck, make her arms.
Add a new raster layer and paint her hair, I used #9B6C46 for the outline and #BD8B67 for the fill color.
