Now select all the light areas of your hair with the magic wand, go to "selections" "modify" and "contract" by 1 and fill with a lighter color, I used #CCA182 then deselect

Using a little darker shade, I used #AC764E, fill in the area of the hair down by the neck (see the screenshot below)

After that, add a new raster layer and make her face...

Add a new raster layer and make the halo, I used #D8B256 and a lighter shade #E9D199 for this....

And then a cross, I used a darker color for the outline here #BA9130 and then the same colors as the halo for the inside...

I tried to outline the edges in black :o) pay no attention to that.....

Ok make the head layer active and use the magic wand to select the lighter inside area of the head and neck, use a cutout with these settings...

Vertical = 0
Horizontal = 0
Opacity = 100
Blur = 5
Shadow Color = Same as outline color
Fill interior with color (checked) = Same as fill color

Now you can merge all these layers.

"Layers" "Merge" "Merge Visible"

The rest of this will be selecting the inside areas with the magic wand and using cutouts...

Use the magic wand to select the arms and use the same cutout.

Use the magic wand to select the inside of the dress and use a cutout with these settings..

Vertical = 0
Horizontal = 0
Opacity = 100
Blur = 12
Shadow Color = Same as outline color
Fill interior with color (checked) = Same as fill color

And then use the magic wand to select the inside area of the robe and use a cutout with these settings

Vertical = 0
Horizontal = 0
Opacity = 100
Blur = 10
Shadow Color = Same as outline color
Fill interior with color (checked) = Same as fill color

I then added some little dots on the robe, and thats about it :o)
