Add a new layer and name it muzzle "selections" "load from disk" and open the muzzle.sel fill with your bear color #D3BE9F, "selections" "float" and "effects" "3d effects" "cutout" changing the blur to 50 "effects" "noise" add 3% uniform noise.
deselect and apply the same eyecandy jiggle.

On the same layer go to "selections" "load from disk" and open the mouth.sel, fill this selection with black. deselect..

On the same layer go to "selections" "load from disk" and open the nose.sel, fill this selection with black. go to "effects" "3d effects" "inner bevel" using the same default round settings. deselect.

Add a new layer and name it cupcake bottom "selections" "load from disk" and open the cupcakebottom.sel fill with a color of your choice, I used #DEA7A0 and using your retouch tool with these two settings

run your brush down the sides with Darken RGB and in the middle with Lighten RGB like so...
