Open a new image about 150 x 150

Use the paintbrush with the settings below to make your bear

I used #885F34 for the bear and #896189 for the dress

make the face

fill the bear with #C49664

fill the muzzle with #DCBFA0

fill the dress with #C9ADC9 and a lighter #E3D3E3

change your color to #A683A6 and add some fold lines on her dress

select the dress with the magic wand and use the cutout below

select the right sleeve and use the same cutout

select the left sleeve and use the same cutout

select the bear head and use this cutout

select the front leg and use the same cutout

select the back leg and use the same cutout

select the front arm and use the same cutout, changing the blur to 4.00

select the back arm and use the same cutout

select the left ear and use the same cutout, do not deselect, grab the paintbrush with these settings

using #885F34 add some shade here

select the other ear and use the same cutout, do not deselect and use the paintbrush to add the same shade here

select the muzzle and use the same cutout, changing the "fill interior with color" to #DCBFA0

select the lighter top area of the dress and use this cutout

select the light area of the front sleeve and use the same cutout changing the blur to 3.00

select the other sleeve and use the same cutout
