You will need to download the Selections
and save them to a folder of your choice. This includes all the selections, it
also includes the flower on her hat, the necklace, the face incase you do not
want to make your own and my curly hair tube.
Ok start by
opening a new image 450 x 450 on a transparent background.
Name your first layer shoe1, go to "selections" "load from disk" and open the
shoe1.sel, fill with a color of your choice, I used #48525C go to "effects" "3d
effects" "inner bevel" with these settings...

Deselect with (Ctrl-D) on your keyboard and on the same layer go to "selections"
"load from disk" and open the shoe2.sel, fill with the same color, "effects" "3d
effects" "inner bevel" with these settings

Deselect, add a new layer and name it hatback, "selections" "load from disk" and
open the hatback.sel, fill with color or pattern of your choice, I used #DE7FA7,
deselect, "selections" "load from disk" and open the hatbackshade.sel, go to "colors"
"adjust" "brightness/contrast" and change the brightness to -35 the contrast at
5. deselect. "selections" "load from disk" and open the hatbacklight.sel, "colors"
"adjust" "brightness/contrast" changing the brightness to 35. deselect.
Add a new layer and call it hair1, if you are using my hair selection open up
the hair1.sel and fill with a color of your choice, I used #894F18, deselect..

If you are using my curlyhair tube then you need to open that up and go to "file"
"export" "picture tube" and use these settings..
Cells Across = 3
Cells Down =
2
Total Cells = 6
Placement Mode = Continuous
Step Size =
30
Selection Mode = Incremental
Name it Curlyhair
Then close the curly hair image and and in your tool options pallet find the curlyhair
tube and change the size to 25, add on your hair1 layer add some hair with the
hair tube..

Add a new layer and call it neck, load the neck.sel and fill with skin color #F0C8B9,
go to "selections" "float" and "effects" "3d effects" "cutout" with these settings...
deselect.

Add a new layer and call it head, open the head.sel fill with the same skin color
and "selections" "float" "effects" "3d effects" "cutout" with these settings.
deselect.

On the same head layer go to "effects" "noise" and add
3% uniform noise.
Add a new layer and name it face, now you can use my face.psp file or you can
draw a face on your own, if you use mine then open up the face.psp file and go
to "edit" "copy" then back on your face layer go to "edit" "paste as a new selection"
and line it up on her head. deselect...

Add a new layer and call it hair2, if you are using the selections instead of
the tube then load the hair2.sel and fill with your hair color, I used #894F18
and deselect...

If you are using the tube then activate the curlyhair tube in your tool options
pallet, I changed the size to 20 and add some hair on her head :-)

Add a new layer and name it pants, open the pants.sel fill with a color or pattern
of your choice, I used #ECB8CB then while still selected I used the paint brush
with these settings, and this color #EBE6E0

and added some dots on her pants...

but this is
entirely up to you...
deselect and on the same layer load the pantsdark.sel go to "colors" "adjust"
"brightness/contrast" and change the brightness to -40 and deselect.
load the pantslight.sel and back to "colors" "adjust" "brightness/contrast" and
change the brightness to 40. deselect.
Add a new layer and call it leg1, load the leg1.sel and fill with the skin color

Now we repeat these same steps for leg2, add a new layer, call it leg2, load the
leg2.sel and fill with same color, "selections" "float" and "effects" "3d effects"
"cutout" using the same settings. deselect and "effects" "noise" add 3% uniform
noise. same layer load the leglines2.sel, "selections" "modify" and feather by

on the same layer load the sock2dark.sel and back to brightness/contrast changing
the number to -30 deselect and load the sock2light.sel back to brightness/contrast
change the number to 30. deselect.

I know these are an awful lot of steps just to shade something, you are more than
welcome to shade this yourself with the paintbrush instead of using all my selections
:-)
Add a new layer and name it shirt, load the shirt.sel fill with a color or pattern
of your choice, I used the same color as her socks, I then used my paintbrush
with the same settings as before and added some darker pink dots, this is up to
you deselect and load the shirtdark.sel and go to "colors" "adjust" and brightness/contrast
changing brightness to -30 deselect and load the shirtlight.sel, go back to brightness/contrast

as her shirt and socks and added more dots, up to you deselect and on same layer
load the collardark.sel adjust the brightness to -40 and deselect load the collarlight.sel
and adjust the brightness to 40 deselect. depending on the pattern or color you
use you may need to adjust those numbers, but these are the ones I used. Unless
of course you are shading this yourself :-)
Ok then... add a new layer and call it sleeve1, load the sleeve1.sel fill with
same color, again I used the paintbrush with same settings and added dots... deselect
and load the sleeve1dark.sel, adjust the brightness to -40 and deselect, load
the sleeve1light.sel, adjust the brightness to 40 and deselect...
Add a new layer and call it hand1, load the hand1.sel fill with the skin color

same settings as before. deselect and "effects" "noise" add 3% uniform noise,
same layer load the handlines1.sel go to "selections" "modify" and feather by
2, adjust the brightness to -30 and deselect...

Repeat these same steps for the other hand, Add a new layer and call it hand2,
load the hand2.sel fill with the skin color #F0C8B9, go to "selections"
"float" and "effects" "3d effects" "cutout" with the same settings as before.
deselect and "effects" "noise" add 3% uniform noise, same layer load the handlines2.sel
go to "selections" "modify" and feather by 2, adjust the brightness to -25 and
deselect...

Add a new layer and call it sleeve2, load the sleeve2.sel fill with the same color
as your other sleeve, I used #ECB8CB and I used the paintbrush again to add more
dots... deselect and same layer load the sleeve2dark.sel adjust the brightness
to -40 and deselect same layer load the sleeve2light.sel
adjust the
brightness to 40 and deselect.

Add a new layer and call it hattop, load the hattop.sel fill with your hat color,

brightness to -35 and deselect same layer load the hattophighlight.sel and adjust
the brightness to 35 and deselect.
Add a new layer and call it shoe2, load the shoe3.sel fill with the same color
as your other shoe and go to "effects" "3d effects" "innerbevel" using these settings

on the same layer load the shoe4.sel and fill with same color back to inner bevel
using these settings and deselect.

Add a new layer and call it necklace, you can make a necklace of your own or use
my necklace.psp file, open it up and go to "edit" "copy" and back to your necklace
layer go to "edit" "paste as a new selection" and line it up in her hands. deselect

I then went to "effects" "3d effects" and applied this drop shadow on the necklace
Vertical = 1
Horizontal =
1
Opacity = 30
Blur = 10
Color = Black
Add a new layer and call it hair3, you can use my hair3.sel and fill with the
same hair color, deselect.
Or you can use my curly hair tube again, I changed the size to 20 and added some
hair on the bottom, then changed the size to 10 and added more bangs.

If you want the rings you can now add a new layer named rings and open the ring1.sel
and fill with white, I went to "effects" "texture" "sculpture" and applied the
default gold preset or you can apply a Blade Pro gold filter, it's your choice.
deselect and repeat the same for ring2.sel on the same layer.
If you want to use my flower, you can add another layer and open the flower.psp
file and copy and paste it on the hat... I applied the same drop shadow on my
flower..

And you are done!
