Open a new image 400 x 400 on a transparent background

Here we go! Start with the bear, add a new raster layer naming it body, #886338 for the outline, the paintbrush with these settings

Shape = round
Size = 1
Hardness = 100
Step = 1
Density = 100
Opacity = 100

select inside the bear and flood fill with a lighter shade #B48D53 and deselect

Using the same outline color and a lighter fill color #CCAC82 make the inner ears, muzzle, a little pad on his hand, and the bottoms of his feet.

Add a new raster layer and make his overalls, I used #4F6D7B for the outline, #7596A5 for the fill color

and then his shirt on the same layer, #C9BFAD for the outline, #E8E4DC for the fill color

"layers" "merge" "merge visible" and heres what you have so far

Select the darker bear parts, one at a time, using the magic wand and apply a cutout to each part with these settings

Vertical = 0
Horizontal = 0
Opacity = 100
Blur = 8 for the head - 6 for the arms and feet - 4 for the ears
Shadow color = same as outline color
Fill interior with color (checked) = same as fill color

Select the lighter bear parts, the muzzle, inner ears, hand, and bottom of the feet, one at a time, and use a cutout with these settings

Vertical = 0
Horizontal = 0
Opacity = 100
Blur = 8 for the muzzle - 4 for the inner ears and hand - 2 for the bottom of the feet
Shadow color = same as outline color
Fill interior with color (checked) = same as fill color

Select the overalls, the pocket, and the cuffs, one at a time and use a cutout with these settings

Vertical = 0
Horizontal = 0
Opacity = 100
Blur = 10 for the overalls - 6 for the bottom cuffs - 4 for the pocket
Shadow color = same as outline color
Fill interior with color (checked) = same as fill color

and then select the shirt parts and use a cutout with these settings

Vertical = 0
Horizontal = 0
Opacity = 100
Blur = 6
Shadow color = same as outline color
Fill interior with color (checked) = same as fill color

On the same layer, use #E8E4DC to add some stitches and a little heart on the pocket if you want...

and choose a darker color, I used #2C4D5C, to add to the shirt

Add a new raster layer, change your brush size to about 14 and your color to #DD6D57, paint two cheeks

go to adjust, blur, blur more twice

turn the opacity of this layer down to 35 or 40

layers, merge, merge visible

Now give him a face and you are finished with the bear

Add a new raster layer, here are the colors I used for this

wagon outline #653F13 (dark brown)
wagon fill #A7691F (lighter brown)
Black and dark grey #404040 for the wheels
rope outline #AC812E
rope fill #D3A855
ball outline #CA3030
ball fill #DB6D6D

Select inside the red ball and use the cutout below

Vertical = 0
Horizontal = 0
Opacity = 100
Blur = 4
Shadow color = same as outline color
Fill interior with color (checked) = same as fill color

deselect and select inside the brown wagon, use the same cutout, changing the shadow color and fill interior with color to match the wagon

deselect and select each wheel, using the same cutout and changing the shadow color to black and fill interior color to the dark grey

Add a new raster layer and make the bunny and egg

bunny outline #C9BFAD
bunny fill #EFEBE5
egg outline #BE8FBF
egg fill #D8B8D8

select inside the bunny parts and egg, one at a time and use a cutout with these settings

Vertical = 0
Horizontal = 0
Opacity = 100
Blur = 4
Shadow color = same as outline color
Fill interior with color (checked) = same as fill color

Use black to give the bunny an eye and a nose, I also added a little cheeky color

and you can merge your layers if you want

Add a new raster layer and make a little basket

#A1854F basket outline
#C3AA7B basket fill
#B59A65 inside basket fill

Select all the lighter inside areas of the basket and use the same cutout on each selection

Vertical = 0
Horizontal = 0
Opacity = 100
Blur = 4
Shadow color = same as outline color
Fill interior with color (checked) = same as fill color

Add a new raster layer and make some eggs in his basket, and another egg by the wagon

Use the same cutout for the eggs and you are finished
