This was made using Paint Shop Pro 7.

You will need to download the selections and save them in a folder of your choice.
Included in the zip file is her face, hair and the flowers in her hair if you would like to use those too.

Open a new image 300 x 700 on a transparent background.

Go to SELECTIONS - LOAD FROM DISK and browse to the folder you saved the selections into and open the 1-wings.sel. fill with your choice of color/pattern/gradient and deselect. It will be kinda transparent. I used this pattern at a scale of 45%...

After all that, your face should look like this...

Now you need to open all three psp files included in the zip. CG_fae_face.psp - CG_fae_hair.psp and the flowers if you are using those... Copy and paste the face on a new layer, using the mover tool to move it into place right under the lines on the eyes, then do the same for the hair and flowers...
