This tutorial was written using Paint Shop Pro 7. These are two seperate images so you will need to download both selections and save them in a folder of your choice. Start by opening a new image 250 x 300 on a transparent background. Go to SELECTIONS - LOAD FROM DISK and browse to the folder you saved the selections into and open the feet_1.sel Use the fill bucket Go to EFFECTS - 3D EFFECTS - INNER BEVEL with the settings below.
And then EFFECTS - NOISE and add 6% uniform noise. On the same layer, open the feet_1_trim.sel and go to COLORS - ADJUST - BRIGHTNESS/CONTRAST changing the brightness to 30 and deselect. Add a new raster layer and open the arms_1.sel, fill with the same color, apply the same inner bevel, add 6% uniform noise and deselect. On the same layer open the arms_1_trim.sel and adjust the brightness, same settings, deselect. Add a new raster layer and open hanger_1.sel, fill with white and deselect. On the same layer open the hanger_1_red.sel and fill with #CF5F49, deselect. Apply the same inner bevel twice and add 6% uniform noise. Add a new raster layer and open the hands_1.sel, fill with the same #B88D5D, apply the same inner bevel, add the same noise and deselect. Add a new raster layer and open the dress_1.sel, fill with #CF5F49 and deselect. Using the retouch tool
And add some shading to her dress...
On the same layer, open the dress_1_trim.sel and adjust the brightness, same settings and deselect Add a new raster layer and open the head_1.sel, fill with the same #B88D5D, apply the same inner bevel, add 6% uniform noise and deselect. On the same layer open the head_1_trim.sel and adjust the brightness, same settings, deselect. Add a new raster layer, open the cheeks_1.sel and fill with #CF5F49, deselect. On the same layer, open the nose_1.sel and fill with the same color, using Darken and Lighten RGB with the same settings as before but changing the brush size to 5 on both, add a little shade & highlight on the nose.... deselect
On the same layer, open the mouth_1.sel and fill with a dark brown #4C3A2C, deselect. On the same layer open the tounge_1.sel and fill with #CF5F49, deselect. On the same layer open the face_1.sel and fill with a medium brown #745742, deselect. Add a new raster layer, open the bow1_1.sel and fill with your choice, I used #F8DB8F and apply the same inner bevel, add 6% noise and a drop shadow with these settings, deselect. vertical = 1horizontal = 1 opacity = 35 blur = 10.6 color = black On the same layer, open the bow2_1.sel and fill with same color, apply the same bevel, add 6% noise and use the same drop shadow and deselect. On the same layer open the bow3_1.sel and fill with same color, same bevel, same noise, same drop shadow and deselect. And you are done, I used the paintbrush to add some dots on the dress too and duplicated the bow layer and resized it by 50% and stuck the bow on her head :-)

Add 6% uniform noise and deselect On the same layer open the body_2_trim.sel and adjust the brightness 30, deselect. Add a new raster layer open the feet_2.sel, fill with same color, apply the same inner bevel, add the same noise and deselect. On the same layer open the feet_2_trim.sel and adjust the brightness -30 and deselect. Add a new layer, open the arms_2.sel and fill with the same color, same bevel, same noise and deselect. On the same layer, open the arms_2_trim.sel and adjust brightness 30, deselect. Add a new layer, open the dress_2.sel and fill with your choice, I used #F8DB8F, and deselect. Using the retouch tool at darken and lighten rgb with the same settings used before to shade the dress.
On the same layer open the dress_2_trim.sel and adjust the brightness 30, deselect. Add a new layer, open the head_2.sel and fill with #B88D5D, same bevel, same noise, deselect Add a new layer open the mouth_2.sel and fill with #4C3A2C and deselect On the same layer open the tounge_2.sel and fill with #CF5F49 and deselect On the same layer open the face_2.sel and fill with #745742 and deselect On the same layer open the nose_2.sel and fill with #CF5F49 and deselect, use lighten rgb, changing the size to 5, and add a little highlight on the nose. Add a new layer open the bow1_2.sel and fill with #CF5F49, apply the same bevel and noise and the same drop shadow as above and deselect. Add a new layer, open the bow2_2.sel and fill with the same color, same bevel, same drop shadow and your finished!! I added dots on her dress also...
