Add a new vector layer, naming it shoes and change your fill color to #956A4A. Use preset shapes ellipse again to make one shoe and copy and paste for the other shoe.
Add a new vector layer right above the pants, naming it straps, and use preset shapes rounded rectangle to make two straps. I shut my pants layer off so you could see better.
Add a new vector layer at the very top naming it arms, using preset shapes ellipse, fill color the same as the shirt, make one arm and then copy and paste that arm to the other side.
