Used Lighten RGB with the settings below on the lips and applied a gaussian blur of about 1
Used the paintbrush with #B36D4E to add some color under the eye layers and applied a gaussian blur of 1
Used darken rgb with the same settings as before to darken around the white part of the eyes for a more rounded look.
Using a color of #835845 and the paintbrush with the settings shown, I painted part of her hair on a new layer at the very top.
Then used darken rgb with the settings below for her hair, brushing down-wards with the custom brush.
And then switched to lighten rgb with the same custom brush to add some highlights.
Then used this same custom brush and Smudge to smudge the hair down a little. I also sharpened once here.
