This was made using Paint Shop Pro 7

You will need to download the selections and unzip them to a folder of your choice.
I have included the popcorn tube I used for this incase you do not have it.

Here are the colors we will use for this, save this image and open in psp for reference.

Open a new image width = 550 height = 250 on a transparent background.

Go to Selections - Load From Disk and browse to the folder you saved these selections into and open the 1-bearleg.sel, fill with the color #1 and deselect (CTRL - D) On the same layer load the 2-bearleg.sel and go to Colors - Adjust - Brightness/Contrast (SHIFT - B) changing the brightness to -50 and the contrast at 0. Deselect. Go to Effects - Noise and add 6% uniform noise.

Add a new raster layer (Layers - New Raster Layer) and load the 3-bearbody.sel, fill with the same color #1 and deselect. On the same layer load the 4-bearbody.sel and adjust the brightness (SHIFT - B) with the same settings and deselect. Add 6% uniform noise.
