Add a new layer layer and call it shoes3 "selections" "load from disk" and open the shoe3.sel Fill with a dark brown, I used #7F6541 deselect and go to "effects" "3d effects" "inner bevel" with these settings...

On the same layer, go to "selections" "load from disk" and open the shoe4.sel fill this selection with black. while still selected, choose your retouch tool again  with these settings...

Shape=Round Size=20 Hardness=0 Opacity=50 Step=10 Density=50 Lighten RGB

and run your mouse back and forth to make a faint heel line

Deselect, Add a new layer and call it shirt1, "selections" "load from disk" and open shirt1.sel fill with the tile shirtfill.jpg at a size of 55% "selections" "invert" and "effects" "3d effects" "drop shadow" with these settings...

Vertical=5 Horizontal=-10 Opacity=65 Blur=36 Color=543F3C

Deselect, add a new layer and name it collar, "selections" "load from disk" and open collar.sel fill with the whitetile.jpg and deselect go to "effects" "3d effects" "inner bevel" using these settings...

Width=8 Smoothness=50 Depth=2 Ambience=-19 Shininess=10 Color=White Angle=315 Intensity=50 Elevation=20

then on the same layer go to "effects" "3d effects" "drop shadow"

Add a new layer and name it sleeves, "selections" "load from disk" and open sleeves.sel flood fill this with the same shirt pattern at 55% "selections" "invert" and "effects" "3d effects" and "drop shadow" at these settings...

Deselect, add a new layer and name it hands, "selections" "load from disk" and open hands.sel fill with your skin color, #EDCDAB "selections" "invert" and "effects" "3d effects" "drop shadow" using these settings...

using your line tool  with these settings

Freehand Line Width=1 Antialias=checked

and your stroke color at #C09870, your fill color set to null, zoom in on your canvas and draw some finger lines...

Deselect, add a new layer and call it sleeves2 "selections" "load from disk" and open sleeves2.sel fill this with the same white tile you used on the bows deselect and go to "effects" "3d effects" "inner bevel" using the same settings as before.

Add a new layer and name it pumpkin1 "selections" "load from disk" and open the pumpkin1.sel fill this with orange #F8AF68 and go to "selections" "invert" then "effects" "3d effects" and "drop shadow"

Deselect, on the same layer, open the pumpkin2.sel fill with the same color, "selections" "invert" and apply the same drop shadow. Deselect.

on the same layer open the pumpkin3.sel fill with the same color, "selections" "invert" and apply the same drop shadow. Deselect.

Add a new layer and name it pumpkin stem "selections" "load from disk" and open the pumpkin4.sel fill this selection with brown #B3987D using the retouch tool 

Shape=Round Size=20 Hardness=0 Opacity=20 Step=10 Density=20 Darken RGB

darken around the edges and on the top of the stem

Deselect, add a new layer and name it shoe1 "selections" "load from disk" and open the shoe1.sel fill with the same color as the other shoe, #7F6541 Deselect and apply the same inner bevel as the other shoe.

on the same layer, load the shoe2.sel fill with black and using your retouch tool once more

run your mouse along the bottom to make a faint heel line.

And how did I manage to forget the mouth! ok, add a layer and name it mouth... using your line tool  same settings

and a stroke color of #C09870, draw a little mouth..

You can then add whatever else you want to her, I added a little bow on her collar layer and a flower on the hat, I have included the flower in the zip file in case you want to use it too. just add another layer and copy and paste it on her hat. I also used the retouch tool with Lighten and Darken RGB settings and gave her head a little more shading and her cheeks and fingers some highlights. Merge all your layers and save her as a tube :-)
