Then use a fill color of black to make the belt on a new vector layer

Change the fill to null and the stroke color to #CFB07D and use preset shapes rounded rectangle with a line size of about 4 to make the buckle on his belt, new layer

Use the same color as the coat and preset shapes ellipse to make his back arm on a new vector layer under the coat layers

On a new layer above that, make the trim for that arm using a fill of #BEA699

Use a fill color of #4E6147 and preset shapes ellipse to make a hand under the arm layer

On a new vector layer at the very top use preset shapes ellipse and the same color as the coat to make his other arm

On a new vector layer above that use #BEA699 to make the trim on that arm, I shut the coat layer off so I could see the arm better

On a new vector layer under that arm, use a fill of #4E6147 and preset shapes ellipse to make the other hand

Then use the same color as the buckles and preset shapes ellipse to make some buttons on a new layer above the coat... I shut the other side of the coat off so I could see better.

Use a fill of #734D40 to make the strap for the bells on his arm on a new vector layer
