And then use a stroke color of #C66153 to make the lip on a new layer

Using the same color as the lip, make two circles for cheeks on a new layer right above the head layer and give this layer a gaussian blur of 4 or 5

Add a new raster layer at the very top and use the paintbrush at a size of about 4 and a color of #674F49 to paint the tree, if it looks jagged you can use the soften brush at a size of about 2 to soften the edges.

I used a round inner bevel on this

Use a dark green #394534 and the paintbrush with the same settings to add some needles on the tree, this may take awhile :-)

Then use a little lighter green #5A6D53 to make more needles

And an even lighter green #70796D for more needles

And you should have something like this.... If you have not already done so, convert all the vector layers into raster layers by right clicking on the layer in the layers pallet and choosing convert to raster layer.

Make the layer with the eyes your active layer and use the soften brush to soften around the edges a little

Add a new layer above the eyes and paint 2 little white dots

Then use the paintbrush at a size of about 2 and a light brown or blue color to paint some color in the eyes
