This was made using Paint Shop Pro 7
You will need to download the selections and save them in a folder of your choice.
Here is the wood pattern I used for the window frame.

Open a new image 550 x 600 on a transparent background.
Selections
- Load from disk - load the 1-background.sel and fill with your choice.
I used part of a picture I made in Bryce.
If you would like to use the same one then open the santa-background.jpg
in psp and go to Edit - Copy and then back to your image, load the
1-background.sel and go to Edit - Paste into selection.

Layers
- New raster layer - load the 2-santacoat.sel and fill with #A24951,
deselect.
On the same layer load the 3-santacoat.sel and go to Colors - Adjust
- Brightness/Contrast
Brightness = -65 Contrast = 0 and deselect.
Still on the same layer load the 4-santacoat.sel and back to Colors
- Adjust - Brightness/Contrast
Brightness = 60 Contrast = 0 and deselect.
Add
a new raster layer and load the 5-santasleeve.sel, fill with the same
color and deselect.
On the same layer load the 6-santasleeve.sel, Brightness = -65 Contrast
= 0 and deselect.
On the same layer load the 7-santasleeve.sel, Brightness = 65 Contrast
= 0 and deselect.
Add
a new raster layer and load the 8-santaface.sel, fill with #DFC7AB
and deselect.
Same layer load the 9-santaface.sel, Brightness = -50 Contrast = 0
and deselect.
Add a new raster layer and load the 10-santacheeks.sel, fill this selection twice using #D45261 then deselect and go to Effects - Blur - Gaussian Blur = 4
Add
a new raster layer and load the 11-santabeard.sel, fill with #C0C0C0
and deselect.
Same layer load the 12-santabeard.sel and fill with white, deselect.
Same layer load the 13-santabeard.sel and fill with #E3E1E1, deselect.
Same layer load the 14-santamouth.sel and fill with #D45261, deselect.
Same layer load the 15-santabeard.sel and fill with #EEEEEE, deselect.
Same layer load the 16-santabeard.sel and fill with white, deselect.
Go to Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow with these settings,
Vertical = 1
Horizontal = 1
Opacity = 60
Blur = 12
Color = Black
and then Effects - Blur - Gaussian Blur = 1

Add
a new raster layer and load the 17-santacoattrim.sel, fill with #C0C0C0
and deselect.
Same layer load the 18-santacoattrim.sel, fill with white and deselect.
Same layer load the 19-santacoattrim.sel and fill with #E3E1E1 deselect.
Apply the same drop shadow.
Apply the same gaussian blur.
Add
a new raster layer, load the 20-santaeyes.sel and fill with black.
You may need to zoom up for this one, its his eyelashes. Deselect
On the same layer load the 21-santaeyes.sel, go to Selections - Modify
- Feather = 2 and then fill with black.
While still selected, go to Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel using
the default "Round" settings from the drop down menu and
deselect.
Add
a new raster layer and load the 23-santabeard.sel and fill with #C0C0C0,
deselect.
On the same layer load the 24-santabeard.sel, fill with white and
deselect.
On the same layer load the 25-santabeard.sel and fill with #E3E1E1,
deselect.
Apply the same drop shadow.
Apply the same gaussian blur.
Add
a new raster layer and load the 26-santanose.sel and fill with #DFC7AB,
deselect.
On the same layer load the 27-santanose.sel and fill with #D45261,
deselect.
On the same layer load the 28-santahighlights.sel and fill with white,
deselect.

Add
a new raster layer and load the 29-santaeyebrows.sel, fill with white
and deselect.
On the same layer load the 30-santaeyebrows.sel and fill with #C0C0C0,
deselect.
Apply the same gaussian blur.
Add
a new raster layer and load the 31-santahat.sel, fill with the same
as the coat #A24951 and deselect.
On the same layer load the 32-santahat.sel - Brightness = -65 Contrast
= 0 and deselect.
On the same layer load the 33-santahat.sel - Brightness = 65 Contrast
= 0 and deselect.
Add
a new raster layer and load the 34-santahattrim.sel and fill with
#C0C0C0, deselect.
On the same layer load the 35-santahattrim.sel and fill with white,
deselect.
On the same layer load the 36-santahattrim.sel and fill with #E3E1E1,
deselect.
Apply the same drop shadow, apply the same gaussian blur.
Add
a new raster layer, load the 37-santagloves.sel, go to Selections
- Modify - Feather = 2 and fill with #678570, deselect.
On the same layer load the 38-santagloves.sel, Brightness = -65 Contrast
= 0 and deselect.
On the same layer load the 39-santagloves.sel, Brightness = 65 Contrast
= 0 and deselect.
Now go to Layers - Merge - Merge Visible and load the 1-background.sel again. Then go to Selections - Invert and then Edit - Clear. Deselect

Add a new raster layer and load the 40-windowglass.sel, fill with white and deselect.
Add
a new raster layer, load the 41-windowframe.sel and fill with the
woodfill pattern and deselect.
Go to Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel using the settings below.

and you are done!
