Add a new layer and load the 22.sel fill with your skin color, selections float and effects, 3d effects, cutout apply the same cutout changing the blur to 15 and deselect

on the same layer load the 23.sel and adjust the brightness to -20, deselect

Add a new layer and load the 24.sel fill with the same color/pattern you used for the big sisters shirt and deselect.. Load the 25.sel and adjust the brightness to -30 and deselect Load the 26.sel and adjust the brightness to 30 and deselect

Add a new layer and load the 27.sel fill with your skin color selection, float and apply the same cutout as before. Deselect

same layer load the 28.sel adjust the brightness to -20 deselect

Add a new layer and load the 29.sel fill with your skin color, selections float and apply the same cutout effects noise, add 3% uniform noise deselect. This looks pretty strange so far *S* here's mine...

Add a new layer and load the 30.sel fill with your choice of color for her socks, I used #EDEFEF and go to selections invert and effects, 3d effects, drop shadow using these settings

deselect and add 3% uniform noise

Add a new layer and load the 31.sel fill with same color, selections, invert, and apply the same drop shadow deselect and add 3% uniform noise.

Add a new layer and load the 32.sel fill with your choice for her shoes I used black, deselect and effects 3d effects, inner bevel with these settings

Add a new layer and load the 33.sel fill with your skin color, selections float and apply the same cutout effect Deselect and add 3% uniform noise

Add a new layer and load the 34.sel fill with your same sock color I used #EDEFEF and go to selections invert and apply the same drop shadow deselect and add 3% uniform noise.

Add a new layer and load the 35.sel fill with the same sock color selections, invert and apply the same drop shadow and deselect

Add a new layer and load the 36.sel fill with the same color for her shoes I used black, deselect and apply the same inner bevel

Add a new layer and load the 37.sel Fill this with a color of your choice it will be the lace under her dress I used the same color as her socks and deselect... You could also make your own lace too, its up to you *S*

Add a new layer and load the 38.sel fill with your choice of color/pattern for the big sisters dress, I used my dresstile.jpg at 70% size, deselect

On the same layer load the 39.sel adjust the brightness to -30 deselect and load the 40.sel adjust the brightness to -40 deselect and load the 41.sel adjust the brightness to 40 deselect

Add a new layer and load the 42.sel fill with your skin color, selections float and apply the same cutout as before changing the blur to 16, deselect

On the same layer, load the 43.sel adjust the brightness to -25 and deselect

Add a new layer and load the 44.sel fill with your skin color, selections float and apply the same cutout. deselect

On the same layer, load the 45.sel adjust the brightness to -25, deselect

Add a new layer and load the 46.sel fill with your choice of color/pattern you are using for the little sisters jeans I used my stile43.jpg at 70% size, deselect

On the same layer load the 47.sel adjust the brightness to -45 deselect and load the 48.sel adjust the brightness to 45, deselect

Add a new layer and load the 49.sel fill with same color/pattern for the jeans

Deselect and load the 50.sel adjust the brightness to -45 deselect and load the 51.sel adjust the brightness to 45, deselect

Add a new layer and load the 52.sel fill with the same color/pattern you used for the little sisters shirt, I used my stile53.jpg at a size of 55%, deselect

On the same layer, load the 53.sel adjust the brightness to -40 deselect and load the 54.sel adjust the brightness to 40, deselect

Add a new layer and load the 55.sel fill with the same color/pattern you used on the big sisters shirt I used my stile3.jpg at 45% size

deselect and on the same layer load 56.sel adjust the brightness to -35 deselect and load the 57.sel adjust the brightness to 35, deselect

Add a new layer and load the 58.sel fill with your skin color, selections float and apply the same cutout, deselect

On the same layer load the 59.sel adjust the brightness to -20 and deselect

Add a new layer and load the 60.sel fill with your skin color, selections float and apply the same cutout, changing the blur to 26, add 3% uniform noise, deselect

Add a new layer and use your preset shapes  same settings as before, set your background color for her cheeks, I used #EF978F, make two small circles for her cheeks.

It's ok if you go outside of the head

Go to "effects" "blur" and apply a Gaussian blur of 6, load the 60.sel again and go to selections, invert, and edit, clear. Deselect

If you are using my face, open up the face2.psp included in the zip file and go to "edit" "copy" Go back to your Sisters pic and go to "edit" "paste as a new layer" and use your mover tool to line it up on her head...

Add a new layer and load the 61.sel fill with the color/pattern you are using for the little sisters shirt deselect and on the same layer load the 62.sel and adjust the brightness to -35, deselect. Load the 63.sel and adjust the brightness to 35. Deselect

Now add a new layer for some hair you can make your own using the curly hair tube or Eyecandy... or you can load the 64.sel and fill
with the same hair tile and deselect. I then used the curly hair tube at a size of 15 and added more curls around the edges, then adjusted the brightness to 50

I used the Line Tool  with these settings

Freehand Line
Width = 4
Antialias = checked

and my foreground set to the same sunburst gradient I drew a little hair band...

And thats it! You can add anything else you might want merge all your layers and export as a picture tube
