You will need to choose the tile you are using for her dress open it in psp and minimize it, or save to your patterns folder
Open a new Image 400 x 450 on a transparent background
Go to "selections" "load from disk" and open the head.sel fill with your skin color, I used #EFC8B9 and deselect
On the same layer, "selections" "load from disk" and open the hands.sel fill with the same skin color and deselect
On the same layer, open the feet.sel and fill with same color "Selections" "float" and then "effects" "3d effects" "cutout" use the settings below and deselect
On the same layer, open the shading1.sel and fill with a darker skin color, I used #E4A68F and deselect
On the same layer, open the lips.sel and fill with a pinkish color, I used #FC9C9D and deselect
On the same layer, open the shading2.sel and fill with the same darker skin color used before #E4A68F and deselect
On the same layer, open the cheeks.sel and fill with your cheek color, I used #FFABA9 and deselect
On the same layer, open the cheeks2.sel and fill with a lighter cheek color, I used #FFDDDD and deselect
On the same layer, open the eyes.sel and fill with black, deselect
Now use the retouch tool
Set to "Lighten RGB" and "Darken RGB" with these two settings

And darken between the lips and a little on the eyes
Add a new raster layer and name it hair, now you can make your own hair if you want, or use the hair included in the zip file I used a hair brush and Eyecandy 4000 to make the hair Copy and paste it on her head. You can lighten and colorize it for a different color of hair.
Add a new raster layer and name it shoes open the shoes.sel and fill with your shoe color I used #404040 and go to effects, 3d effects and apply this Inner Bevel, deselect
Add a new layer and name it pants open the pants.sel and fill with the color you want, I used a color to match the pattern of her dress, deselect
On the same layer, open the pantsshade.sel Go to colors, adjust, brightness/contrast and change the brightness to -50 and deselect
On the same layer, open the pantslight.sel go to colors, adjust, brightness/contrast and change the brightness to 50 and deselect
Add a new raster layer and name it pants trim open the pantstrim.sel and fill with a lighter color and deselect
Use the retouch tool again
at Lighten and Darken RGB with these settings

And shade the trim like so.....
Add a new raster layer and name it dress open the dress.sel and fill with a pattern of your choice and deselect
On the same layer, open the dressshade1.sel go to colors, adjust, brightness/contrast change the brightness to -75 and deselect
On the same layer, open the dressshade2.sel colors, adjust, brightness/contrast and change the brightness to -65 and deselect
On the same layer, open the dresslight.sel colors, adjust, brightness/contrast and change the brightness to 50 and deselect
Add a new raster layer and name it dress trim open the dresstrim.sel and fill with the same color you used on the other trim and deselect
Using the retouch tool again with Darken and Lighten RGB shade the trim the same way you did the other trim....
Add a new raster layer and name it hair bow open the hairbow.sel and fill with your choice I used the same color as her pants and deselect
On the same layer, open the bowshade.sel adjust the brightness -65 and deselect
On the same layer open the bowlight.sel adjust the brightness 55 and deselect
Add a new raster layer and name it pocket open the pocket.sel and fill with your choice I used the same color I used on her trim and use the retouch tool again to shade the sides of the pocket and lighten the middle
I also used the draw tool with a color of black freehand line width of 1 and line style = dotted and made some stitches on the pocket
then I added a layer under the pocket and stuck a flower tube in the pocket....
And you are finished! Merge all visible layers and save her as a picture tube :-)
