Add a new layer at the very top and load the 27-body.sel and fill with white then deselect and use a cutout with the settings below.

Add 6% uniform noise to this layer.

Add a new layer and load the 28-head.sel and fill with white then deselect and use the same cutout changing the Blur to 20 in the settings, add 6% uniform noise here also.

Add a new layer and load the 29-cheeks.sel and fill with #C36559 then deselect.

On the same layer load the 30-eyes.sel and fill with black then deselect.

On the same layer load the 31-nose.sel and fill with #C36559 deselect.

On the same layer change your foreground color to white and use the paintbrush with the settings shown to add some little highlights.

Add a new layer and load the 32-coat.sel and fill with #A29086 then deselect and use a cutout with the settings below.

Add a new layer and load the 36-coat.sel and fill with #5A5767 and deselect.

Add a new layer and load the 37-coat.sel and fill with #9A473B then deselect and apply an inner bevel using the same settings as before and then a drop shadow with the settings below.

Still on the same layer load the 47-scarf.sel and go to COLORS - ADJUST - BRIGHTNESS/CONTRAST changing the brightness to 50 and the contrast to 0 and deselect.

Add a new layer and load the 48-scarf.sel and fill with #514945 then deselect and use the same cutout and the same drop shadow.

On the same layer load the 49-scarf.sel and adjust the brightness/contrast with the same settings. Deselect
Add a new layer and load the 50-hat.sel and fill with white, deselect.

Add a new layer and load the 51-hat.sel and fill with #A29086 then deselect and use a cutout with these settings.

Now shut off the layer with the trees and the "snowman1" layer and merge all the other layers and rename it snowman2, here is what you should have so far...

On the same layer load the 66-broom.sel and fill with #C4B79B and deselect.

On the same layer load the 67-broom.sel and fill with black and deselect.

On the same layer load the 74-scarf.sel and adjust the brightness/contrast using the same settings and deselect.

Add a new layer and load the 75-hat.sel and fill with #506C50 then deselect and use a cutout with these settings

On the same layer and load the 76-hat.sel and adjust the brightness = - 50 and deselect.

Add a new raster layer and load the 77-hat.sel and fill with #9A473B then deselect and use an inner bevel with the same settings as before.

Add a new raster layer and load the 78-hat.sel and fill with #506C50 then deselect and apply a cutout with the same settings.

On the same layer load the 79-hat.sel and adjust the brightness = 50 and deselect.

Now turn off the three bottom layers "trees" "snowman1" and "snowman2" and merge all visible layers and rename this layer snowman3 and here it is so far....

Add a new layer at the very top and load the 80-birdhouse.sel and fill with #746050 then deselect and use an inner bevel with the same settings as before.

On the same layer load the 81-birdhouse.sel and fill with the same color and deselect.

On the same layer load the 82-birdhouse.sel and fill with #9F8773 and deselect.

On the same layer load the 83-birdhouse.sel and fill with #746050 and deselect

On the same layer load the 84-birdhouse.sel and fill with #8C7460 and deselect.

On the same layer load the 85-roof.sel and fill with #746050, while still selected use a drop shadow with these settings

On the same layer load the 86-birdhouse.sel and fill with black, deselect.

Use the retouch tool with Darken and Lighten RGB with the same settings we used before to add some details to the birdhouse.

Add a new raster layer and load the 87-tree.sel and fill with #746050 then deselect and use the same inner bevel as before.

On the same layer load the 88-tree.sel and fill with the tree pattern and deselect.

You can add anything else you might want, merge all the layers and save as a tube :-) I have included the bird I made for this incase you would like to use that. Here's my finished snow peoples...
