Add a new raster layer under the boys head and ears layers, naming it hair2, use the paintbrush with the same color and settings to add some more hair.

And then use the retouch tool again with Lighten & Darken RGB same settings and repeat the same steps here.

Add a new raster layer right above the head, use the paintbrush with the settings shown below and a color of #DB9C6D to paint some shading around the head....

Go to Effects - Blur - Gaussian Blur of 8 on this layer. Make the boys head your active layer, go to Selections - Select All - Selections - Float - Selections - Invert - Selections - Modify - Contract changing the number to 1 and then make the layer you painted the shading on your active layer and go to Edit - Clear.

Add a new raster layer above that and use the paintbrush again with the same color, changing the brush size to 2 in the settings, paint some details to the ears, use a gaussian blur of about 1 on this layer.

Make the boys ears your active layer and add a new raster layer, use the paintbrush with the same color, changing the brush size to 10 for this and paint some shading around the ears.

Use a gaussian blur of about 4 on this layer.
Then make the ears your active layer again and go to Selections - Select All - Selections - Float - Selections - Invert - Selections - Modify - Contract = 1 and make the layer you painted the shading on active and go to Edit - Clear.

Make one of the hands your active layer, add a new raster layer and use the paintbrush, same color and settings, to shade the hand. Use a gaussian blur of about 3 and then clear anything going outside the hand the same way you did the ears and head.

Add a new layer above that and change the paintbrush size to about 2, use the same color to make the fingers and then use a gaussian blur of about 1 on that.

Repeat those same steps on a new layer above his other hand.

Make the neck layer active and go to Effects - 3D Effects - Cutout with the settings below.

Add a new layer at the top, above the head layers, under the hair layer, use preset shapes ellipse, vectors unchecked and a fill color of #F67D6A to make two circles for his cheeks. Use a gaussian blur of about 6 for this.

Add a new layer and use the same color as his skin and preset shapes ellipse again vectors unchecked to make a little nose, use a gaussian blur of about .65 and then apply a drop shadow with these settings on the nose.

Vertical = -3
Horizontal = 0
Opacity = 100
Blur = 9.9
Color = #D08C5A
