Here are the steps to make your own face using my  selections

Add a new layer and name it cheeks, load the  cheeks.sel
fill with a good cheek color, I used #FF8080,  deselect.

Add a new layer and name it eyes, load the  eyes.sel
fill this selection with white, and using your retouch
tool  set to Darken RGB at a size of 6 and darken the sides.

These  screenshots show hair, but you will not have
any hair untill the next  page :-) Sorry

deselect, still on the eyes layer, go to "effects"  "3d effects"
"drop shadow" using these settings..

then apply this same drop shadow again, changing  the
Horizontal and Vertical to -1

Add a new  layer and call it lips, open the lips.sel
fill with color of your  choice, I used the same color
as her dress, and using your retouch tool  again with
Darken and Lighten RGB at a size of 2, use darken to
make  a line seperating her lips and lighten to add
some highlight to her  bottom lip. deselect.

And now she  needs a nose, in your layers pallet,
make the head layer your active  layer by clicking on it
and using retouch tool, Darken RGB at size 4  make some
lines for the nose shape, switch to Lighten RGB at size  4
and add a little highlight at the tip of her nose...
