Make the very top layer in your layers pallet active by  clicking on it
Add a new layer and name it hair, load the  hair.sel
fill with a color of your choice, I used #D2943C,  deselect

Add a new layer and call it hattop, open the  hattop.sel
fill with your dress color, and using the retouch  tool,
set at Darken RGB with a size of 30, shade the sides of
her  hat and on the bottom, like the screenshot below,
then switch to  Lighten RGB size=30 make some highlights
along the edges of the hat and  in the center...deselect

your girl will  have a nose lol

Add a new layer  and name it tophat2, load the tophat2.sel
fill this with the same color  you used on your bows,
I used white, using your retouch tool with  Darken RGB,
same settings as before, shade the sides a little,  deselect.

Add a new  layer and call it feather, load the feather.sel
fill with a color of  your choice, I used white,
and using your retouch tool ONE MORE TIME  set at Darken RGB,
change the size to 3 and make a line down the middle  of your
feather and more lines going out the  sides...deselect

And thats  about it, I decided I hated the way her hand
looked so I stuck a rose  in her hand and another
rose on her hat. But that is up to you :-)
