This tutorial will teach you how to make a rose like I used in my banner above.
This is my own creation, so please do not copy it, claim it as your own or send it through e-mails.
I have learned a lot in Psp from a lot of tutorials on the net and would like to help others to by taking my time and putting tutorials up for all of you to use.
What's needed is PSP (I used psp 7 for this tutorial but I am sure it would work
on other versions as well).

selections you can download here
1.
Open up a transparent image size 640x480 
2.
Go to your color pallet and choice a dark and light color you would like your rose to be. 
3.
Now set your foreground color to gradient.. foreground/ background 
repeat 0 angle leave for now and just click ok.
Are you ready to begin? : ) I made my selections in order so you don't have to move them at all and we will begin with selection 1.
Every
selection should be on it's own layer, so let's start with adding a new layer. 
4. Go to selections.. browse for the folder you saved my selections in (hope you unzipped it?), find 1_KandyRose and click on it.
5.
Click on your gradient and change the angle to 303, the repeats will always
stay 0. Now flood fill 
the selection (it's tiny)
6. Add new layer, go to selections, find 2_KandyRose and flood fill it with the gradient at angle 303, repeats 0.
7. Add new layer, go to selections, find 3_KandyRose and flood fill it with the gradient at angle 0, repeats 0.
8. Add new layer, go to selections, find 4_KandyRose and flood fill it with the gradient at angle 90 repeats 0.
